I live in Atlanta with my husband and three children.

My professional life has labeled me a practicing Graphic Designer and a Professor of Graphic Design. I currently practice design on a project-by-project basis.

Design education is a professional love, whether teaching a classroom of students or working with a studio of designers. Designers need to constantly learn and teach one another — a dynamic which I love.

I have a Master of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design with a professional specialization in Package Design and Corporate Identity.

From 2007-2012 I was employed as a full-time Graphic Design Faculty member at The Art Institute of Atlanta. While at AIA I taught a spectrum of Graphic Design courses; from Typography I to Portfolio. I have also taught workshops at SCAD and Foundation Courses at Kennesaw State University.

The classroom has been a wonderful place to teach a high level of design aesthetics, motivate young designers, encourage teamwork, and make use of my design management skills.
